Enterprise resource management is an important link in the production and operation of enterprises.While the advanced level of enterprise resource management affects the cost of enterprises,it is also an important factor affecting the profit and development speed of enterprises.For foreign trade companies,in the global economic situation,in order to maintain a leading level in the market competition,it is particularly urgent to improve their resource management level,reduce costs and improve business operation efficiency.Based on the ERP information construction and optimization of foreign trade enterprises,this paper designs and develops a set of ERP system for foreign trade enterprises with the resource management of foreign trade companies as the demand.The system brings together a number of business activities related to foreign trade companies,from procurement to production,from inventory to sales,and human resource management.To this end,the system has set up seven main functional modules,namely procurement management,production demand management,inventory management,sales management,financial management,statistical report management,and human resource management.The development techniques used include MVC mode,SSH integration framework,B/S/S architecture,etc.,with the support of My SQL database,writing code through Java programming language,and using JSP dynamic webpage technology on the Java EE platform.Conduct a full development of the framework to the page.The system divides the system into a presentation layer,a logic layer,and a data layer from top to bottom according to the principle of the B/S architecture.The presentation layer is responsible for the interaction between the system and the user,and the database provides data storage,calling,and the like to the system operation.The business logic part of the system is encapsulated by EJB.For any read and write of the database,the EJB proxy is required to execute.The user needs to call the EJB on the server to obtain the service.Since the operation of this system needs to share data with other related software systems in foreign trade enterprises,such as customer service system and online sales system,this paper proposes to establish the system by using the integrated interface idea of XML and SOAP technology based on Webservice mode.The connection between other systems,the data in the system is stored in XML format,which ensures convenient information communication between different systems and improves data transmission efficiency.The idea of using the integrated interface realizes the resource sharing mechanism and function integration effect between the system and other related systems.Starting from the intelligent and efficient,this system uses C4.5 decision tree algorithm to classify raw material data into ABC classifications,so that different raw materials can be classified into different categories and appropriate purchasing schemes can be selected.Then in the data mining of supplier information,K-Means clustering algorithm is used to cluster suppliers,so as to correspond to foreign trade enterprises.The raw materials are selected as the right suppliers,which provide a scientific basis for the procurement of raw materials..This is also the main innovation point of this article.The system has been tested and entered the trial operation phase.Up to now,the user experience feedback is good.The ERP system developed by the research institute can not only help foreign trade companies optimize the current resource management process,reduce the operating cost of the company,improve operational efficiency,but also promote the overall information construction of foreign trade enterprises.
