With the rapid development of the security industry, the current GB/T 28181-2011 standard has no longer met the current Internet environment,so the GB/T 28181-2016 standard is ready.GB/T 28181-2011 specifies the organizational structure of the video surveillance system, including the architecture design of information transmission, signal conversion, and the system control module.Furthermore, the standard also provides detailed technical requirements for system control, video information transmission, and signal conversion pulse interfaces. The new standard GB/T 28181-2016 takes the lead in invoking the widely used SIP protocol and the principle of interconnection, interoperability and interaction, the design modeling designs the system's signaling control module, specifies the scope of permission of the system instruction control module, realizes real-time connectivity, interaction and exchange of signing. This paper analyzes several key technologies of GB/T 28181-2016,including the ReSIProcate protocol stack,RTP/RTCP transport control protocol,TCP and UDP network transmission protocol, etc. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the design and realization of the interconnection system, including the encapsulation design and realization of the ReSIProcate protocol stack, the design and realization of signaling services, the design and realization of the database, the design and realization of streaming media services, using the SPVMN Internet testing tools to test the interconnectivity platform, using the WireShark clutch tools to analyze the paper, and finally testing the interconnectivity platform through the interconnectivity test.
