A Practical Exploration Of The Rule Of Law Production In The Inner Mongolia Broadcasting Program "The Rule Of Law Live Room"

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the important strategy of governing the country according to law has been continuously implemented.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has also responded to the call of the state to vigorously carry out the rule of law.Under the background and small environment of governing the country by law and ruling the region by law,the importance,inevitability and instrumentality of law popularization of professional legal media are more prominent in the context of the "post-truth era" in which appealing to the emotions and personal beliefs can affect public opinion more than stating facts.The role of opinion leaders in the authoritative rule of law media is very important.Social public opinion also calls for more rational voices to guide netizens to view facts and analyze facts rationally,rather than allowing network emotions flooding and making them a group carnival.At present,many gold rule of law columns across the country,such as CCTV's "Legal Report","Moral and Observation," "Society and Law" and other legal news whose production effectiveness has a good reputation among the audience,on the other hand,regional law of news production is mixed.Based on the status quo of the rule of law news production media in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this article takes the in-depth analysis of the "The Rule of Law Live Room" of the Inner Mongolia TV Broadcasting News Center and News Comprehensive Channel,which is divided into five parts to describe.In the introduction,the author focuses on the source of the topic,research background,research significance,research content,research methods and so on.Full implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law and the strategy of administering the region according to law is an important political environment of this article and a scientific basis for promoting the necessity of building the rule of law.In the first part,the author clarifies the differences and connections between the two groups of vocabulary: "rule of law" and "legal system",news production and news manufacturing,traces the essence of news and defines the connotation and extension of rule of law news production in the research branch of the Sociology of news production.It is also determined that the scope of this paper is the rule of law rather than the legal system.At the current stage,due to changes in the social environment and the requirements of governing the country according to law,the legal news production in the legal text is constantly turning to the news production of rule of law,which is a social demand.In the second part,the author sorts out the current status and basic situation of the rule-based radio and television program in Inner Mongolia and the public platform of WeChat with the same name through systematic search,and briefly summarizes its existing problems.In the third part,the paper takes the broadcasting rule of law section of the Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Station "The Rule of Law Live Room" as an example,and uses content analysis method to analyze the production and dissemination of the rule of law news information in the " The Rule of Law Live Room" column,from the six aspects of the topic selection,reporting area,reporting object,reporting protagonist,news distribution,keywords as the description of the entry point.In the fourth part,the author further summarizes the "The Rule of Law Live Room" to form a program production mode in adapting to the development of the times.It can be seen that this column dares to break through the shackles of broadcasting to achieve its own iteration,and also forms a rule-based news production model with regional nature and suitable for its own development.In the fifth part,the author combines the SWOT analysis method to elaborate on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the column and even the broadcast media.This is an era where opportunities and challenges coexist and threats exist at all times.Although the traditional radio and television media is no longer the only institution in the mass communication agenda setting,the broadcasting rule of law media still plays an important role in the dissemination of the rule of law information,remains an important source of rule of law agenda-setting.While adapting to the ecological changes in the new era,the prerequisite for seeking a path suitable for development is to recognize itself and see the current situation.In the sixth part,based on the previous parts,further explores the next development direction and layout,intends to provide some development ideas for the broadcasting rule of law column and other rule of law media that are also seeking change in distress.It tries to provide some reflection and enlightenment for the rule of law column in the region and even the whole country,reflect on how to construct the text of law popularization in the fast-paced social development,and how to maximize the function of the law to convey the spirit of the rule of law?The conclusion part concerns the overall context.At present,the lack of people's legal knowledge and the satisfaction of basic material culture have led to the contradiction between the people's growing demand for rights protection and the lack of channels and the generally low quality for the popularization of legal knowledge.The broadcasting rule of law column should also assume this social responsibility,and actively construct the text of law popularization from the media itself,and take the initiative to undertake the educational and service functions of the popularization of law.
