Augmented reality technology,also known as hybrid reality technology,is a new technology that connects virtual world and real world.As far as the current digital workshop is concerned,the digital workshop redefines the traditional workshop.It constructs the traditional workshop into the virtual environment through the virtual way,and carries on the virtual simulation to the entire production process to promote production.Aiming at the characteristics of digital workshop,this paper applies augmented reality technology to digital workshop,and designs the integration of virtual model and real scene,which makes it difficult to experience entity information in a certain time and space of digital workshop.After simulation,virtual information is superimposed on real space to help people carry out task.Through the analysis of image recognition in augmented reality system,the image recognition technology has a low matching degree for the application of digital workshop.In order to improve the matching degree,the image recognition technology in augmented reality system has been improved.By combining convolutional neural network with support vector machine,the generalization ability of image and support vector machine of convolutional neural network are used.The model classification ability,the image recognition data sets of less similarity features are classified into two categories,and the weight of its weight in the neural network is classified and adjusted to make the features of greater similarity as the main recognition features,so as to improve the recognition accuracy.In addition,the three-dimensional registration technology in augmented reality system is used to design the attitude angle model,and the attitude angle information is re-optimized to improve the stability of the whole augmented reality system.The improved method proposed in this study combines with the existing mobile intelligent terminal and finally realizes a relatively complete augmented reality system.Users can use the augmented reality system to real-time detect the operation of equipment and get the guidance of standardized operation,shorten the debugging cycle of equipment and improve the working efficiency of users.
