| Most domestic banks are managed by departments.This management mechanism is called "departmental banks".There are many business flow nodes in departmental banks,business processes are not designed from the perspective of customers,and business processes are contradictory.The emergence of the concept of "process bank" has solved the problems of "departmental bank".Domestic advanced banks have carried out process-related transformation and have achieved remarkable results.For their own development needs,rural commercial banks in C city have proposed the need to establish a centralized operation system based on workflow,drawing on the advanced implementation experience of peers.Workflow-based centralized operation system of rural commercial banks in C city is a centralized operation system which integrates image management platform and workflow technology to achieve centralized processing of business operations.It is decomposed into process operation mode by reorganizing business.In order to achieve business process processing,the head office has built a new operation center for centralized business processing.To achieve the separation of the front and back office,the front desk personnel focus on business acceptance and customer marketing,the back desk personnel focus on business auditing,business processing and risk control centralized processing mode to avoid moral and operational risks,more effectively control operational risks,reduce overall operating costs and improve customer satisfaction.This paper is based on the construction project of centralized operation system of rural commercial banks in C city.Firstly,the related technologies of workflow,RMI remote call and Hibernate framework are studied.Based on the analysis of the actual business needs of rural commercial banks in C city,the idea of applying workflow technology to the design of centralized operation system is put forward.The background of system requirement is introduced,and the centralized processing requirement of unit account in requirement is discussed in detail.Then,the design and implementation of the system are discussed.In order to achieve high scalability and lowcoupling among modules,the system is divided into channel integration subsystem,centralized operation business processing subsystem and workflow subsystem.By dividing it into different systems,the separation of business system and process,channel integration and business is realized.Business processing system can concentrate on business processing,workflow system concentrates on process control,channel integration system concentrates on communication and message conversion with external system.Thirdly,the logical structure of the channel integration subsystem,the design of the system configuration file and the programming of the main modules of the system are discussed;the logical structure of the business processing subsystem,the design of personnel and positions,and the programming of the main modules of the system are realized;the workflow design scheme of the workflow subsystem and the programming realization of the main modules of the system are also discussed.Finally,the test methods and results of system function and performance are discussed. |
