Design And Implementation Of A University's Welcome And Graduation Information Management System

In today's information age,various digital and intelligent management systems emerge one after another.Their promotion and application provide many conveniences for all aspects of social production and life in all walks of life,greatly speeding up the processing efficiency of traditional office services.In the face of college student affairs management,Yingxin registration and graduation have always been the top priority.This aspect is due to the affairs involved in the orientation and departures,as well as the various departments of the relevant schools.It takes a lot of manpower and material resources to plan and dispatch.On the other hand,due to the short cycle of the welcome and departure process,the large amount of students,and the high density of various transactions,it puts forward a comprehensive test for the overall process efficiency and rationality.Therefore,this thesis designs and implements the orientation management system for the new school,aiming at improving the efficiency of business handling in the process of leaving the school,and coordinating various departments to optimize multiple processes.According to the above application background,this thesis proposes the research topic of the orientation education management system.On the basis of extensive review of the research data of the information management system at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of the school,the subject was analyzed.On the basis of realizing the system business function,the function of data statistics is innovatively added to the system,so that the users of the system can better understand the development of the school and the school leaving work,the specific situation and data of the school.Make clear control and give full play to the value of the data in the system.The main contents of this research are as follows:(1)Introduce and summarize the various technologies needed to implement the system,and lay a theoretical foundation for the design and implementation of the latter system.(2)A detailed analysis of the system from the perspective of system requirements,system performance and system development principles.In the system demand analysis,in view of the deficiencies of the original information management system of the school,a large number of constructive new functions are proposed in the form of user use cases,and on this basis,the data statistics of the orientation and departure management platforms are innovatively proposed.(3)According to the system requirements analysis,the system functions are divided and designed in detail.The framework of the system operation is designed by using the three-layer structure of presentation layer,business layer and data layer.Then the business function and data statistics function of the system are designed according to the modular idea.According to the design of each functional module of the system,the standardized implementation process and mainstream development technology are used to realize the functions of the system.(4)Perform detailed functional tests on each functional module of the system,and then use professional software to rigorously test the performance of the server.In response to problems in the system under test,the system has been specifically improved.
