| In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the power market,the investment scale of power engineering projects has increased year by year,and the amount of relevant technical and economic data to be processed has increased,too.At present,most of the electric power design institutes generally use Bowei electric power engineering cost software to prepare technical and economic forms.As the software is a stand-alone version,all the technical and economic information is stored in the personal computer of the staff,which is neither conducive to the utilization,query,retrieval and comparative analysis of technical and economic information,nor to the interaction of network information.At the same time,the management of the information needed for technical and economic management is separate,which is not conducive to the sharing of inforamation.From what has been discussed above,the traditional stand-alone version of management information system can not meet the current market demand,and it is urgent to design a system to replace the original system.This thesis designs and implements a technology and economy management information system based on cloud office.The research work of this thesis includes:(1)This thesis clarifies the background and significance of the research work,introduces the research history and development status of project cost management at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the subject objectives,main research contents and related technology overview of this thesis.(2)This thesis introduces the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.In functional requirements,each functional module is explained by use case diagram.The system mainly includes integrated management module,engineering module and other modules,each module also contains its own sub-modules;in the non-functional requirements,this thesis describes the system security,maintenance and reliability requirements.(3)In the outline design,this thesis puts forward the design goal of the system,briefly describes the system architecture,hardware structure,network structure,data access interface design,cloud platform design,functional module design and database design.(4)In the detailed design,this thesis describes the detailed functions of each functional module of the system,and clarifies the design of the system flow chart.The technology and economics management information system designed in this thesis sets different access rights for different roles according to the characteristics of the company,realizes the centralized management of information sharing and technology and economics files within the company and department,and reserves the space for expanding and adjusting the information system module in the future considering the development needs.(5)In the implementation of the system,the system builds Web solution based on cloud platform through VS2010 development tools,C# language,etc.in Windows 7*64operating system,and finally realizes the function of each functional module and the function of cloud office.(6)After the completion of the software design,the system has been tested.The results show that the system has passed the test,meets the system design targets and practical work needs,and can run online. |
