Design And Implementation Of Assistant System For Informatization Project Management In The State Grid

The projects of electric power station include informatization project,infrastructure project,technological transformation project and other categories.With the continuous advancement of the information technology in the State Grid,as well as the emergence of new business models and new technologies under the new situation,more and more requirements have been put forward for the management of informatization construction.The company's existing information project management system was built in 2008,because of its long-standing construction and the difference between the actual business,it cannot fully and effectively support the company's information project management.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish an auxiliary system to expand and improve the supporting means of informatization project management.According to the actual business needs of the company,this paper designs and implements 5 new functional modules to the auxiliary system,including site management,comprehensive management,procurement management,statistical report and problem management.It realizes the maintenance of information of firm and personnel,mufti-dimensional inquiry and maintenance of project process data,sharing of project knowledge and experience,uploading,downloading and statistic functions of various report forms,and closed-loop management functions of Omani-directional tracking,solving and evaluation of project problems.At the same time,through integration with financial control system and ERP system,it realizes the functions of approving and inquiring project procurement content and payment progress.This paper follows JavaEE technology system,and adopts SSH integrated framework,uses Oracle 11 g as database system.The overall technical route can make the system reusable,easy to maintain and meet the requirements of safe and stable operation.Finally,through the system function,performance test and system trial operation,it meets the requirements of system construction and safe operation.It made to achieve the purpose of the paper research and better support for effective informatization project management.
