| The electrical tester is the doctor who ensure the safety of the electrical equipment.The testers use a variety of test equipment to check the insulation performance and technical indicators of the electrical equipment to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.Field recording and analysis of electrical test data is an important part of electrical test.Reliability,real-time and vertical(horizontal)comparability of test data recording and analysis are the cornerstone of state evaluation of substation equipment.At present,there are many problems in the field test data record analysis: it is difficult to save the test data record book,the test data record is not standard,the data analysis is cumbersome,the data access is inconvenient,and the needs of multiple work cannot be met.The above problems are solved by designing and making the electrical test data field record analysis system.This thesis introduces the research background of electrical test data recording and analysis as well as the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the user requirements in detail,designs and implements the electrical test data field recording and analysis system,mainly introduces the overall B/S architecture design of the system and the implementation process of the system using Java language programming and MySQL to store data.First,according to the function of the test data on-site recording and analysis system,the overall framework of the system is constructed,and the functional requirements of each module of the software system are designed.Secondly,detailed software design is carried out for each functional module and database of the software system.Finally,the implementation process and effect of each functional module are introduced in detail.Through comprehensive software testing,the corresponding testing work is completed and a complete application software is formed.This thesis designed and developed a set of electrical test data field records analysis system software,the electrical test field test data can be real-time recording,analysis,storage,and joint multi-user test data record and access,will eventually test data in the form of Word file export,complete the full records of the test data analysis,and then judge the operation of the substation equipment,provide a equipment basis for the safe operation of the grid.This system has changed the traditional manual work mode of electric test datarecording and analysis of State Grid Panzhihua Power Supply Company,which effectively improved the efficiency of field work and the accuracy of test data analysis.Many unqualified test data have been found in practical applications.At the same time,the standardized electrical test project template compiled by this system has strong standardization and universality within State Grid Corporation of China,which makes the system have high popularization value. |
