Performance Research On The Reverse Purchase Of Ciwen Media

As China's economy enters a new normal and the downward pressure on the economy increases,many companies will list themselves as a phased goal in order to better raise funds,expand their scale of development,and achieve economies of scale.Compared with IPO,reverse purchase,as a special means of listing financing,is receiving more and more attention from many companies to be listed.In the Cultural Industry Development Plan of the Ministry of Culture during the 13 th Five-Year Plan issued by the Ministry of Culture in 2017,it was pointed out that encouraging and guiding social capital into the cultural industry,and developing the cultural industry into a pillar industry of the national economy in 2020,and Ci wen Media As a cultural enterprise reverse purchase and listing,what is the performance of the reverse purchase after listing? This paper studies the analysis and performance of Ci wen Media's reverse purchase and listing process,in order to provide some reference value for other cultural enterprises whether and how to make reverse purchase and listing.First of all,this paper analyzes the process and motivation of the reverse purchase of Ci wen Media,and summarizes the motivation of the company's reverse purchase.Secondly,from the two levels of short-term performance and long-term performance,the comprehensive analysis and discussion of the performance of Ci wen Media before and after the reverse purchase;using the event research method for short-term performance research,the research results show that Ci wen Media reverse purchase in the short term Seeing that the company's performance is rapidly changing,it has a positive effect,which makes shareholders and investors get huge profits.At the same time,using financial indicator analysis and economic value added(EVA)evaluation method for long-term performance research,the research results show that Ci wen Media has a positive effect on its profitability and growth ability,but its solvency and operational capacity significantly reduced;Media's EVA from 2012 to 2017 are positive,and the overall growth trend,indicating that the company's after-tax net operating profit makes up for all of its invested capital,creating value for shareholders.From the overall performance point of view,the short-term performance and long-term performance of Ci wen Media after the reverse purchase and listing have increased significantly.Finally,the paper proposes targeted recommendations and measures based on the short-term performance and long-term performance analysis results of Ci wen Media's reverse purchase.
