| According to the statistics released by the Ministry of Education,the number of participants who attend the postgraduate entrance exams in China has reached 2.9 million in 2019.With the Boom in taking postgraduate entrance examination,the scale the postgraduate entrance examination is growing year by year,while the demand of users for postgraduate entrance examination information is getting higher,which promotes the rapid development of the postgraduate entrance examination website in recent years.At present,tens of millions of information can be obtained by using any search engine to input any key words related to the postgraduate entrance examination on the Internet.However,as a website with relatively small users,the postgraduate entrance examination website is still in the early stage of construction,facing many difficulties,such as single website design style,mixed information quality,low efficiency of website operation and so on.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the postgraduate entrance examination website has become an important issue.Through the evaluation of the postgraduate entrance examination website,we can form an accurate understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the website construction process,and provide the corresponding guidance direction for the later development planning of the website.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,such as website evaluation methods,website evaluation index system and so on.Secondly,it uses the theoretical basis of information construction theory,user experience theory,autonomous learning theory and so on.Combined with the present situation of the development of the postgraduate entrance examination website,the characteristics of the users of the postgraduate entrance examination website,the characteristics of the information service needs of the user group of the postgraduate entrance examination website and the user interview,the preliminary evaluation index are constructed.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index,this paper improves the evaluation index by means of pre-investigation,reliability and validity test.It also determines that there are 3 first-level evaluation indexes,9 second-level evaluation indexes and 32 third-level evaluation indexes.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of the index at all levels,and the combined weight of each three-level index is calculated.Finally,this paper uses the constructed evaluation index system of the postgraduate entrance examination website to make an practical application of the randomly selected sample postgraduate entrance examination website,and analyzes the shortcomings of the sample postgraduate entrance examination website in the current construction.In view of the analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the construction quality of the postgraduate entrance examination website from the aspects of website design,content quality,service and operation,so as to enlighten the operators of the postgraduate entrance examination website in improving the information service of the website in the later stage.This paper hopes that through the research of evaluation index system of the postgraduate entrance examination website,the users of the postgraduate entrance examination website can have a judgment basis for the information service provided by the postgraduate entrance examination website,and make the website operators optimize the quality of information service and fully meet the information service needs of users in the later stage of website construction. |
