Research On Project Management In It Service Website Construction For A Company

With the development of the Internet and computer technology,the company informationization has been becoming lots companies' strategic goal.Because of the special distribution of technology resources,labor costs and so on,company's internal IT projects are no longer limited to a single region,more and more IT projects require for international cooperation.As a global technique company,A company staff's daily work highly depends on the network and computer technology,and the IT department is always focusing on how to improve its IT problem solving ability within the company,ensuring staff's work environment to improve company's competitive advantage.This thesis first analyzes the background of IT projects and the domestic and international situation of project management,and analyzes the characteristics of multinational IT projects.The thesis studies the IT service website construction project in A company,analyzes the main problems and difficulties faced during the project management,mainly from the aspects of communication management,scope management and quality management.The application of the project management methods in the IT service website construction project operation in A company is also discussed.After identifying the key factors that affect communication,a comprehensive use of communication tools is proposed to solve the geographical barriers in multinational projects,the communication plan and knowledge sharing process are proposed to improve communication efficiency and the project team's communication atmosphere;the thesis gives a set of processes for scope management for A company's IT projects,focuses on requirements collection and analysis,develops the change control process to manage the changes;In addition,the causal analysis diagram is used to analyze the quality issue and then the corresponding quality management model is built and applied to the actual project.Finally,the project results obtained by using above project management methods are summarized and analyzed,which proves the efficiency of the project management in the website construction project.
