The focus of the internet market is always changing.Moreover,the business competition is especially fierce.A successful e-commerce retailer of flash sale mode must attract numerous commercial imitations from other competitors and,therefore,its market shares probably would be occupied.Facing the challenges,an e-commerce retailer of flash sale mode must utilize multiple kinds of marketing modes to keep its sustainable development.However,traditional e-commerce marketing system cannot solve a series of problems including low participation of marketing personnel during the early stage of a marketing activity,a time-consuming preparation for a sales promotion,frequently changing needs of a marketing activity and etc.Based on a real marketing project of one famous domestic e-commerce retailer(the Company A),this paper designed and realized a web-based system for flash sales management on the basis of the technological analysis of PHP,HTML5,JavaScript.The core function modules of the system include marketing template module,business component module and the front-end module.According to the data results of final testing and real operation,the system is relatively effective and practicable.The main contents of the research are summarized as follows:(1)Using the traditional e-commerce marketing system,marketing personnel can hardly participate in promotion preparation during early stage.Making promotion pages is also time-consuming.According to the features of flash sales,the paper presented a new business page making procedure(BPMP).· Developers create and manage marketing business component of the system· Marketing personnel directly design and manage the promotion pages· Operators release the online promotion pages(2)Marketing Business Activities are classified into four kinds of patterns(Topic,Individuation,Time Limit and Introductory Content)on the basis of the BPMP.All of above patterns include six Core Management Operations(Picture,Schedule,Goods,Text,Countdown and Navigation).The Marketing Operation Components are abstracted from above Core Management Operations,and are created or managed by their developers.The features of Marketing Operation Components include common business goals,loose coupling,repeated referencing and etc.(3)The design and management of marketing pages are finished by the marketing personnel.Marketing personnel can modify the pages generated from the template in batches according to the promotion needs.Based on the collected data from the Company A,the average time cost for the preparation of marketing activates decreased from 68.5 days to 15.5 days by using new management system.One marketing staff can modify 100 web pages one day on average.So the efficiency of marketing preparation is obviously improved.(4)In the BPMP,the URL addresses of marketing pages should be exported before the pages are released online.The operators will be responsible for the procedure of online.The online pages are consisting of static resources(HTML,CSS and JS files)and dynamic data(business data of json format).The appearances of marketing pages are decided by the dynamic data.The marketing pages can be modified and released dynamically by using the new system.The online data show all modification can be finished in 10 minutes.
