With the gradual opening of Chinese low-altitude airspace,the system of service and support should be built for the needs of general aviation's development.Information technology should be used for the guarantee of the low-altitude airspace management.It will greatly improve the work efficiency,promote the service level and boost the development of general aviation.This research aims to explore our system of service and support according to the guidelines of low-altitude airspace management.Through researching the construction requirements of regional service center and flight service station,the system was designed and realized.It combined with several main business modules based on integrated service and assurance business of general aviation,such as task and plan service,meteorological information service,flight information service,flight surveillance service and alarm service.Firstly,this paper analyzed the current situation of general aviation flight business at home and abroad.It found the existing problems and the necessity of this research.On the basis of this,a detailed analysis of the system requirements was carried out.Then according to the requirements analysis,the system was designed as a whole which combined with integrated data processing subsystem,VR subsystem,integrated business subsystem and integrated surveillance subsystem,based on business message bus.The system was designed under J2 EE architecture with a B/S business platform and a C/S surveillance platform.After that,this paper drew a design for the business message bus and bus business objects as foreshadowing.Based on that,key technologies of the system were designed and realized in detail.The integrated data processing engine utilized "plug-and-play" interface component technology to realize real-time and non-real-time,structured and unstructured interface data process,and enabled dynamic deployment and integration of newly developed message interfaces and processing.VR processing engine was designed based on the model of flight service business.It provided integrated information for the integrated surveillance subsystem through the process of business binding and alarm analysis.With the mechanism of asynchronous data-distribution process,it realized efficient data process of VR environment based on business message bus.Integrated service subsystem was designed based on engines of workflow and rules.It realized information management of flight service business.Integrated surveillance subsystem was designed under GIS platform.It realized the synchronous display of integrated data between VR environment and the reality of the flight activities.Finally,the system has been verified through the testing process.It concluded that all the functions met the system requirements and the performance also reached the design requirements.During the trial operation,the application effect of the system was fully affirmed by the users.
