As one of the core systems of industrial robots,the reliability of the servo drive system directly affects whether the industrial robot can complete the task normally.However,the research on the reliability of the servo drive system in China started late,and the gap with the foreign technology level is relatively large.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reliability of servo drive systems used in industrial robots.Based on the existing research,this paper studies the industrial robot servo drive system as a whole,taking into account the actual working conditions of the industrial robot servo drive system,focusing on the industrial robot's working environment and characteristics,focusing on the analysis of the impact on industrial robots.Typical factors for servo drive system reliability.The failure mode,impact and hazard analysis method(FMECA)and fault tree analysis(FTA)were used to analyze the weak link of the reliability of the industrial robot servo drive system,and the reliability series model of the servo drive system was established.The failure mode of the product is analyzed,and the difference between product burst failure and product degradation failure is analyzed.The important role and significance of performance degradation data in reliability analysis and research are highlighted,and the reliability of servo drive system will be Research extends throughout the life of the system.A test bench for testing the reliability of the servo drive system of the industrial robot was built,and the hardware device scheme of the test bench,the communication structure of the test system and the test software solution were completed.The servo motor control program was written in ST language,and the servo drive control system based on Industrial Ethernet EtherCAT bus technology was completed,which made the servo drive system test bench meet the reliability test operation requirements.The test principle of reliability test of servo drive system is studied.The test plan is designed.The life test of servo drive system is carried out.The performance test of performance parameters is carried out.The test results are analyzed and the domestic industrial robot is verified.The reliability level of the servo drive system.
