| The popularity of computer technology has driven the rapid development of the company. The management, efficiency and quality of the traditional personnel management work in the company can no longer meet the growing management needs of the company.Fast and efficient management is gradually becoming the mainstream. In order to meet the management needs of the company, this paper designed a personnel management system based on Shanxi Sanjin Tiejian Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.This system started from the actual work of the company, carried out detailed system requirements analysis and design;using B/S architecture, using the Spring framework to realize the application layer, business logic layer, interface layer and data layer, the four layers are decoupled from each other. The upper layer integrates the MVC framework and the lower layer integrates the ORM framework. The mobile terminal uses the Android platform and uses the SQLite database to store data.In the design process of this system, the modularization idea in software engineering was used to analyze the detailed needs of Shanxi Sanjin Tiejian Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.,and the system was designed from the aspects of business logic and functional structure, and the overall design was put forward.Program.The core functions of the system are mainly divided into process management module, difficult fingerprint identification module and quick query module. In the design process, the system has studied the identification of difficult fingerprints.By introducing deep learning technology, based on the multi-block Gaussian smoothing of the original image of difficult fingerprints, the model is trained by convolutional neural network to ensure the difficulty. The accuracy of fingerprint identification combines fingerprint identification with system functions and enterprise business, and realizes secure login and fingerprint one-key query operation, which improves the work efficiency of employees. This system test is carried out by using the black box test method. The test results show that the overall function of the system has reached the expected design goal and meets the enterprise management requirements. |
