| Driven by the transformation of information and services,as the emerging manufacturing model,cloud manufacturing came into being,and became one of the most closely watched intelligent manufacturing methods.Cloud service combination and optimization technology are key to the optimization of cloud service implementation resources.However,uncertainties existing in the cloud service combination may increase the probability of failure of the cloud manufacturing platform,thus affecting the timely and efficient completion of manufacturing tasks.In order to guarantee the undeterministic factors,the cloud service combination must have some flexibility.The cloud service combination flexibility is that when the cloud manufacturing system disturbed by internal and external uncertainty environment,manufacturing cloud service combination can have an unpredictable changes to react and adjust,autonomy to the dynamic reconfiguration of manufacturing cloud services combination process and finish the user's tasks.From the perspective of intelligent equipment cloud service platform,based on field research and theoretical analysis,this paper studies the influence factors and measure methods of cloud service combination flexibility.First,system analyzes the cloud service combination and its flexibility.This paper expounds the operating environment,structural characteristics and life periodicity of cloud service composition,and the significance of these contents to study the flexibility of cloud service composition.This paper defines the concept and manifestation of cloud service portfolio flexibility,and discusses the research content of cloud service portfolio flexibility under different research perspectives.Second,the influence factors of cloud service portfolio flexibility are analyzed.Tease out resource service with the method of fishbone diagram analysis,correlation,QoS,task status and technical support five influencing factors,and on this basis to build a cloud service combination flexible influencing factors of bayesian network model,key factors affecting identification of cloud services combination of flexible.Again,based on the analysis of the soft influence factors of cloud service portfolio,the four-dimensional attribute measure method including redundant flexibility,QoS flexibility,task flexibility and technical flexibility is proposed.Considering the relationship between the influence factors and the attributes of each dimension,the weight of each dimension attribute is calculated based on the importance of the influence factors.The quantitative measure of the flexibility of cloud service combination is verified by the application analysis.Finally,based on the identification model of the flexible influence factors of cloud service combination and the measurement method of the proposed cloud service composite flexible multidimensional attribute,This article selects intelligent equipment HD to do empirical research on cloud services platform,The example study proved the recognition model and measure method. |
