In the Internet era,users have become the mainstay of communication needs and communication rights,and their status has been continuously improved.For emerging media such as Pear Video,the importance of users is self-evident.This paper uses a combination of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to empirically study the basic use of pear video,motivation and usage requirements of young users.According to the survey data,the satisfaction rate is the highest in cognitive demand,with an average of 3.92,followed by emotio nal demand,individual integration demand,and relief stress demand.The mean values are 3.58,3.52,and 3.54,respectively,while the satisfaction with social integration needs is the lowest.The average is 3.11.In addition,the author has inspected and deeply pondered the applicability of traditional use and satisfaction theory in the current Internet environment,and obtained a new understanding of the classical theory in a new context,and based on this new rational understanding.To make corrections a nd supplements that are more in line with the real world,that is,the user's satisfaction form has expanded and extended in content.They hope that while meeting the needs of psychology and cognition,they also hope to meet the needs of material interests.In addition,through the confirmation of the research hypothesis,the author also found that the user's use of the video during the use of the pear video is no longer static,but dynamic and constantly changing.This paper analyzes the satisfaction of pear video demand,and summarizes the main dissatisfaction of users in the use of pear video: content quality needs to be improved,interface operation is cumbersome,social function interaction is weak,etc.In the end,this paper puts forward the solutions of adhering to the “content is king” code,information gathering,and strengthening the social function of the platform,which provides suggestions for the future development of Pear Video.
