| Machine vision lighting source is one of the important components of machine vision inspection system,and plays a pivotal role in machine vision.Machine vision inspection has the advantages of stability,high efficiency and high accuracy.It is a non-contact detection technology widely used in appearance inspection,dimensional measurement and positioning.With the development of semiconductors,computer technology and hardware devices,machine vision detection technology is more and more widely used,and machine vision light sources are increasingly required as an important part of machine vision detection technology.Therefore,research on machine vision light source technology has important practical value and significance.To this end,this paper takes a sorting yarn tube machine as the research object,and carries out comprehensive analysis and research on its machine vision light source system according to its mechanical structure,external environment,measured target characteristics and optical related parameters,in order to design the optimal tube machine.The machine vision light source structure uses a machine vision detection system having the light source structure to identify and classify the yarn tube,thereby improving production efficiency and reducing costs.This article focuses on the following sections:(1)Firstly,it investigates and summarizes the current status of machine vision,the design structure of machine vision light sources at home and abroad,the mechanism of different light sources and the related fields,and points out the problems and existing deficiencies in the past research process.The research content and research methods of this thesis are determined.(2)Then,it explores various lighting methods of machine vision light source,and simulates different lighting modes to grasp the characteristics and uses of each lighting mode.By calculating and analyzing the relationship between the optical parameters such as the luminous flux,light intensity,and illuminance of the light source in the machine vision light source system and the acquired image,parameters affecting image acquisition and image quality in the light source parameters are determined.Study and compare the performance characteristics of different kinds of light sources,choose the best light source type as the light source of machine vision lighting.(3)Secondly,explore the basic parameters,physical properties and effects of the two optical auxiliary components of the polarizer and the diffuser.According to the characteristics,application and optical laws of polarizing plates and diffusing plates,different structural test models are established.Based on this experiment,the influence law of polarized light and diffusing plate on machine vision image acquisition in machine vision light source system is analyzed.Visual inspection yields high quality video images for meaningful exploration.(4)Again,Analyze the color of the light source,explore the connection and difference between the light sources of different colors,design the color detection experiment of machine vision light source,apply the light source illumination of different colors to collect the image,summarize the effect of different color light sources on the visual inspection system and importance.(5)Finally,for a yarn tube machine system,considering the light intensity,lighting method,optical auxiliary accessories,light source color and color temperature and other characteristic parameters,aiming at the best quality image,the machine vision detection light source structure is designed.And the simulation and the whole experiment were carried out to obtain the color RGB value of the yarn tube,and the correctness of the design was verified by calculating the experimental RGB value and the standard RGB value error. |
