As an important part of the seeker,the servo control system of the seeker undertakes the task of controlling the load rotation of the antenna and realizing the functions of tracking and searching according to the instructions issued by the missile-borne computer.In this paper,taking the development project of a seeker servo control system as the research background,first completed the overall design of the control system,and then on this basis,the hardware circuit design,software design and development and system debugging are completed.At the same time,in order to solve the problem that the tracking error of the system is large when tracking the input signal,based on the analysis of system error,the feed-forward controller is modeled and designed,and the algorithm simulation is completed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to the performance index and functional requirements of the system,the scheme design of the seeker servo control system is completed,and on the basis of the design of the system structure the load estimation of the azimuth axis and pitch axis is completed.The selection of the core components of the system and the design of the hardware control circuit are as well completed.2.The design of the system controller and the mathematical model of the three-loop is completed,and the correction simulation of the three-loop and the simulation verification of the system search,four-leaf search,tracking and other functions are realized.Aiming at the tracking error problem of the simulation results,the system error analysis is completed and the feed-forward algorithm is designed.Through the simulation analysis,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified.Finally,the high precision tracking tracking of tracking function and search function is realized by simulation.3.The requirement analysis of system control function and test function is completed,the overall design of servo control system software is completed,the software control flow design and file composition specification constraint are realized,the modular software development concept is applied to complete the design of the system initialization module,the main function module,the control algorithm module,the driver module and so on.The content and development flow of each module are introduced in detail.4.The debugging of each subsystem of the control system is completed,including seeker structure debugging,control board circuit debugging,driver debugging and servo software debugging.On the basis of ensuring the normal operation of each subsystem,according to the requirements of the system performance index,the joint test adjustment of the servo control system is completed,which meets the requirements of the technical specifications of the system and realizes the motion functions of the control system.
