| With the development of RF chip technology in recent years,the technology of integrating TR in a single chip has become more and more mature,and the FMCW radar system based on MMIC has begun to enter the military and civilian market on a large scale.The FMCW radar using MMIC has great advantages in weight,cost,mass production and so on.Therefore,FMCW radar has been adopted as the core of its application in the civilian market such as vehicle radar,perimeter security,and intelligent transportation.Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)is an important radar technology.Its ability to perceive stationary scenes and moving targets in the scene is greatly improved compared with traditional radar systems,and it is less dependent on the external environment and can be used in very harsh environments.In normal use,it has been used more and more in the military field.However,the current micro SAR radar systems are basically built using discrete devices,which are more restrictive in terms of power consumption,weight,volume,cost,etc.,and cannot meet the future SAR imaging technology entering the civilian radar market.And most SAR radar systems use the pulse signal,the pulse signal has the problem of distance blind zone,and it will not affect the long-distance detection application,but in the short-range detection applications such as robot SLAM and automatic driving surrounding environment detection,the problem of detecting blind zones cannot be ignored.Because the FMCW radar is independent of its transmit link and receive link,there is no problem of ranging blind zone,which is very suitable for short-range detection applications.The development of millimeter-wave monolithic RF radar integrated chip technology has brought about the realization of chip-based SAR imaging radar system.Based on the MMIC RF chip,a set of SAR imaging radar principle verification prototype is built,and the technical scheme of SAR imaging by FMCW radar is analyzed.The main research results obtained are:1,it analyzes the demand of micro SAR in military and civilian markets today,compares the status of foreign and domestic micro SAR research,discusses the application of synthetic aperture radar technology in robots and vehicle radar,and discusses SAR imaging technology.Based on traditional applications,expand new applications and their advantages in new applications.2,combing the composition of FMCW radar and SAR imaging principle,deducing the signal processing flow of array FMCW radar and carrying out corresponding simulation verification.3.a micro-miniature SAR imaging radar principle verification prototype was built.The IWR1642 Boost RF chip produced by TI was used as the RF transceiver module.The data acquisition and storage board matched with the IWR1642 millimeter wave radar was designed and manufactured.The IF signal is stored directly,and the data can be exported to a computer for processing after the experiment is over.In order to be able to perform controlled synthetic aperture experiments,a set of slide rail devices was built,and the radar system can be installed on the slide rail for slide SAR imaging experiments.4,the BP imaging algorithm and DBS imaging algorithm are analyzed,and the DBS+DBF close-range scene detection imaging algorithm is proposed.The BP algorithm is simulated and verified,and the built-in SAR imaging principle is used to verify the prototype for actual scene detection.The resulting data was imaged and verified for BP and DBS+DBF imaging algorithms. |
