| In order to meet the needs of User Experience(UX)research in 7*24 hours,our team designed a remote user experience research tool CAUX based on context awareness,which mainly includes user context data collection,management and analysis functions.At present,the data collection function of CAUX tools has been closely perfect,which can support UX researchers to conduct a large number of product development and design studies.However,manual methods have been used in data management and analysis,resulting in low overall efficiency of researchers.It is urgent to develop CAUX data management and analysis function.In order to improve the efficiency of researchers and enhance the value of CAUX tools,the author proposed to design and develop CAUX data management and analysis system.The system design adopts User Centered design(UCD)method for system requirements,design and evaluation.The user requirements analysis method commonly used in the UCD method is the task analysis method.Because the system is designed and developed for UX researchers on purpose to manage and analyze user context data,while the management and analysis of user context data is a highly complex cognitive activity,therefore,the traditional task analysis method is no longer applicable.A special method in the task analysis method is the Cognitive Task Analysis(CTA)method,which is an extension of the traditional task analysis method.It can not only divide the task into a series of subtasks,but also well capture users' decision-making and cognitive activities in each step of task operation.Therefore,in order to better capture the researchers' requirements for the system in the research,the author proposes to use the CTA-based user requirements analysis method.The work of this paper is divided into three parts.Firstly,apply the idea of iteration to conduct long-term,multi-user and multi-round experiments,based on the CTA five-step method and UCD method,exploring the use of CTA-based user requirements analysis methods,analyzing the cognitive tasks of researchers in the process of data management and analysis,obtaining the cognitive activities and key knowledge in the process,and the sensemaking model for the researchers in the project research process to intuitively guide users to analysis requirements.Secondly,based on the model,conduct the system design based on the acquired requirements,and optimize the system functions and interfaces after several iterations.The KANO questionnaire was used to collect the subjective attitude and satisfaction of the researchers on the system to verify the effectiveness of CTA-based user requirements analysis methods.Finally,the system is developed according to the designed system prototype,and the researchers are invited to evaluate and verify the system.The usability of the system is evaluated by the usability evaluation guidelines "effectiveness","efficiency" and "satisfaction" defined by the international standard IS09241.The results show that the CTA-based user requirements analysis method can effectively obtain the requirements of researchers.The system based on the acquired requirements can well support the research and analysis of user context data,which improves the work efficiency.It is verified the effectiveness of CTA-based user requirements analysis method in the field of highly complex cognitive tasks,and provides new ideas and methods for future user requirements research. |
