| Nowadays,the work of digitizing and digitizing paper files is mainly processed by the equipment such as photocopier and scanner to transform paper documents into electronic documents for storage.With the rapid development of digitization of information technology,the state attaches more importance to the wisdom retained by paper documents,so it has strengthened its protection.The most important problem is that the old document is facing weathering damage,so we need to design a scanning image processing equipment that does not damage paper documents,can handle multi-specification document paper,image processing fast and high quality,can work for four to eight hours and other functions.In order to achieve the above objectives and make up for the existing scanning document equipment can not fully meet the needs of users,our research group has developed a set of automatic document scanning robot generation machine that can be specifically targeted at practical projects of libraries and archives.In the first generation of the equipment debugging process found some problems,is in the process of feeding paper separation mechanism is not perfect,sometimes may make the paper adhesion;Vacuum suction disc adsorption paper appears empty and multi-suction phenomenon.Therefore,it is necessary to design and optimize the core part of the whole automatic document scanning robot--the sucker device,so that the whole process of scanning documents can be taken out of the device to be scanned more efficiently and without damage.The paper sorting mechanism of scanning robot is optimized to ensure the paper scanning is fast and stable.The analysis and study of paper feeding mechanism and vacuum adsorption system of automatic document scanning robot can extract important data theory,provide strong theoretical basis for the optimization design and furtherdevelopment of product structure,and provide sufficient quality assurance for the actual production of products.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical application value to study the design and optimization of paper feeding mechanism and suction cup device of automatic document scanning robot.This paper mainly focuses on the above two issues to do the following research:(1)Analyze and demonstrate the problems of the automatic document scanning robot during paper feeding operation,so as to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent design.(2)In the process of optimizing the design of the paper feeding mechanism,the static and dynamic characteristics of the paper were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the design of the paper distributing mechanism and analyzing the paper sucking process of the suction cup.(3)Further optimize the design of the paper dividing mechanism of the automatic document scanning robot,so as to solve the problem of absorbing multiple sheets of paper in the vacuum suction nozzle caused by the paper material being soft or the paper having holes(4)Analyze the working mechanism of vacuum suction nozzle and derive the motion equation of paper in the process of paper feeding.Based on the theoretical analysis of vacuum suction nozzle,the vacuum adsorption system of scanning robot is designed(5)The fluid simulation analysis software Fluent was used to conduct numerical modeling analysis of high-pressure flow compressible gas in the non-contact gas cyclosuction nozzle guiding pipe and internal cavity,providing a theoretical basis for the change of service conditions,structural improvement and optimization of the non-contact gas cyclosuction nozzle when it is applied to the scanning robot in the future. |
