| The theory of business process reengineering originated in the United States in the 1990 s.The initial involvement in the field of enterprise management.After more than 20 years of development,the current research on business process reengineering has spread to many industries.The publishing industry is promoting China.An important industry for the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings is also actively involved in process reengineering.With the rapid development of information technology,the digital transformation and upgrading of publishing units has become the development trend of the current publishing industry.The digital process reengineering of traditional publishing units has promoted the digital construction of traditional publishing units and on the other hand improved publishing.The unit's book production efficiency reduces the operating costs of the company,increasing the personal income of the editors to a certain extent,and providing the publishing unit with a sustainable development momentum.Based on the research of “National Project of Digital composite publishing system”,this paper seeks the innovation of book digitalization process by small and medium-sized publishing houses represented by Huazhong University of Science & Technology Press through literature research,field research,systematic analysis and interdisciplinary research methods.The way of development in the direction.The article first expounds the origin and significance of the research,the status quo of research at home and abroad,and analyzes the current status of application reengineering in domestic publishing houses.Then it summarizes the general situation of Hustp book production and the digital production process of the book,and diagnoses the digitalization process of the current Hustp Society books from three angles.Then,according to the four innovative elements of Hustp book digitalization process,the strategic development goals were established and the corresponding process reengineering implementation plan was designed.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the effects of the four branch process reengineering,find out the problems existing in them,and propose follow-up improvement measures around these problems. |
