| The society is constantly improving and developing.The market competition is largely reflected in the competition of talents.For enterprises,in order to improve competitiveness,it is necessary to recruit more outstanding talents.For job seekers,when seeking jobs,they need to obtain recruitment information in time.In the era of rapid development of information,online recruitment has emerged as the times require.It has the advantages of timeliness and high efficiency,and has become the first choice for companies to post recruitment information job seekers to browse recruitment information and deliver resumes.Nowadays,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,and the employment situation is not optimistic.Many graduates fall into the dilemma of graduation and unemployment.The reason is that job seekers do not understand the needs of the talent market,resulting in the lack of skills in job hunting.The recruitment information reflects the requirements of the enterprise to talent on the basic conditions,comprehensive quality and professional skills and other requirements,and can provide reference for job seekers.At present,China's mainstream recruitment websites have 51job,Zhilian recruitment,Lagou network,Liepin,etc.According to the 2018 'China Internet Recruitment Market Quarterly Test Report' released by Analysys think tank,in the first three quarters of 2018,51job and Zhilian recruited more than half of the market share,and the recruitment market showed a double giant pattern.Therefore from the 51job and Zhilian recruitment to collect recruitment information,choose the top 8 data jobs in the website search,grab a total of 35876 recruitment information.Preprocessing the data,and the recruitment information includes structured data and text data.After eliminating invalid data and removing duplicate data,data is normalized for structured data such as regions,salaries,and work experience,and each category is processed into a unified format,convenient for subsequent analysis.For job descriptions,data of text type,Chinese word segmentation,remove stop words.The job descriptions of 8 data processing jobs were analyzed separately,and similar work contents were found in posts with different names.Therefore,clustering analysis is used to cluster posts.The results are divided into three categories,namely data analysis class,data development class,and data algorithm class.Analyze the skill needs of these three types of posts,as well as the jobs that can be selected with corresponding skills.On the basis of cluster analysis,analyze the regions and salary distribution,the requirements of the enterprise on the skills and professional aspects of talents of data processing posts from the three positions;Use correlation analysis to compare the skills that different positions focus on and the skills needs of high-paying positions;apply association rule algorithm,analyze the relationship between the three post categories,regions,work experience,companies scale and salary,provide reference for job seekers. |
