| China's publishing industry has basically completed the transformation from a public institution to an enterprise and entered the market as an enterprise to compete with other industries.However,compared with other industries,the publishing industry still lacks market awareness and still has many problems.In addition,with the development of the Internet,China's publishing industry is facing digital transformation,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the publishing industry.At this point,book publishing companies should be more clearly their own strategic target and development direction,and the performance evaluation can be a messaging system,enterprise strategy is able to contact the company's various levels,and the strategic target decomposition to each level,so that they can better understand and implement enterprise strategy,therefore,the introduction of a set of advanced and reasonable performance evaluation system for the implementation of the strategy of the company has played a vital role.The advanced,reasonable and effective BSC has been proved and practiced by more and more enterprises.Under the above background,this paper studies the performance evaluation of A publishing company by means of literature research,case study and questionnaire survey.The first step is to understand the current research status of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard at home and abroad by referring to relevant literature on performance evaluation and balanced scorecard.The second step is to comprehensively understand the status quo of A publishing company's current performance evaluation,and find out its significant problems through in-depth analysis.The third step is the necessity and feasibility analysis of company A's introduction of balanced scorecard.The fourth step is to make clear the strategic objectives of company A,so as to make clear the future development plan of company A;The fifth step is to decompose the strategic objectives of company A into performance indicators of each dimension of the balanced scorecard layer by layer.The sixth step is to use analytic hierarchy process to set the weight of each dimension performance index,so as to form A company's performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard.Finally,the performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard was simulated using the data of A company in 2018,and the results were analyzed.Based on the balanced scorecard theory,this paper constructs A relatively comprehensive,systematic and effective performance evaluation system for A publishing company,so as to improve the performance evaluation system of A company.In the process of establishing A company's performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard,the strategy of A company was gradually decomposed and implemented,and the weight of each performance index was set scientifically and objectively to ensure the realization of the company's strategic objectives. |
