With the rise of the e-commerce industry,the flow of LTL goods has grown rapidly.Due to some problems of LTL logistics enterprises such as unreasonable cargo loading and low informationization,the transportation cost of LTL logistics remains high.The problem of cargo loading is one of the key factors affecting transportation costs in LTL logistics.By increasing the vehicle's full load rate and utilization rate,it can greatly improve the cargo loading efficiency and achieve the purpose of reducing transportation costs.However,in the actual cargo loading operation,it is extremely difficult to consider the three-dimensional.LTL logistics cargo loading problem with multiple practical constraints.How to give a better loading solution in a short time is an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes LTL logistics companies as the research object,combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of LTL logistics companies,the reason of low loading efficiency is various conditions in the process of LTL logistics,and put forward the solution to the-problem of goods loading of LTL logistics enterprises.Aiming at the practical problems of cargo loading encountered by LTL logistics enterprises,such as load heavy and light cargo at the same time,multiple restrictions on cargo placement,cargo priority,etc.The loading problem of LTL logistics goods with 7 practical constraints is proposed and the loading model is established.At the same time,an algorithm based on the combination of genetic algorithm and heuristic packing strategy is designed,which combines the idea of simulated annealing algorithm and algorithm adaptive adjustment,solves the problem of multi-constrained LTL logistics cargo stowage,and gives the corresponding cargo stowage plan.Finally,this method is applied to R company's LTL logistics cargo loading example.Experiments are conducted on the real data of the company's cargo loading,and the cargo loading plan is obtained according to the algorithm.The results of the calculation example show that the obtained stowage scheme saves the vehicle's use cost compared with the R company's original stowage scheme,and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.The application of the algorithm in LTL logistics enterprises can assist enterprises to obtain efficient and efficient cargo loading solutions faster and further reduce logistics costs.
