The airborne radar is mainly used for tracking and detecting flying target,controlling and guided weapon.Therefore,the properties of airborne radar's target tracking and location are closely related to its target status tracking and filtering algorithm.In modern battlefield,the maneuvering characteristic of flying target is becoming higher and higher.The present filtering algorithm of airborne radar's target tracking is hard to satisfy the requirement of new tape high-mobility target tracking.One of the most pivotal problem is the convergence speed of the algorithm is slow,which results more errors when tracks high-mobility target.As a result,it brings difficulties for target intercept and fire attack,even resulting in target lost and losing the initiative of battlefield.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the radar's target tracking algorithm,fasten the speed of the filter convergence and enhance the accuracy of tracking.Aimed at above problems,this paper studies the filtering algorithm of airborne radar's tracking.The paper puts forward the airborne radar target tracking algorithm which based on interpolation.By this way,it enhances convergence speed,reduces the system's error and designs simulation system for verification.To be more specific,firstly,the paper is aimed at the algorithm procedure of airborne radar tracking.It analyzes the track of radar target tracking by start algorithm,association algorithm,filtering algorithm and deletion algorithm.After sorting out different algorithms,the paper uses two-point start algorithm as the chosen start algorithm,which can start the track quickly.The association algorithm uses the minimum nearest neighbor method,which can operate faster for association algorithm,and the filtering algorithm used mature expansion Kalman filter.Building radar maneuvering target tracking process based on these choices,and it points out the convergence speed of this algorithm process has not been satisfied with the requirement of high-mobility target tracking.Then in order to enhance the convergence speed of the target tracking,this paper uses interpolation algorithm to improve.By analyzing and comparing different interpolation algorithms,using polynomial interpolation on the base of the expansion Kalman filter algorithm to build more measurements for filtering,it realizes quick convergence,and to improve the convergence of extended Kalman filter.Finally,in order to generate the measurement data of the radar,test and verify the property of tracking algorithm,this paper establishes the simulation platform which is used for generating and dealing with airborne radar target data based on Matlab GUI.This simulation platform has functions,such as user management,data generation,data dispose,data storage and so on.It can generate flying data on different profiles,injecting radar target tracking program,realizing filter output,and it is convenient to evaluate the filter effects of differentalgorithms.Based on this simulation platform,the paper compares and analyzes the convergence speed problem which is an improved algorithm by expansion Kalman filter.It verifies the rationality of the analysis process and the availability of the improved algorithm,and it provides important evidence for promoting tracking property of airborne radar.
