| The fundamental purpose of total quality management,lean production,continuous improve-ment and other quality management theories is to improve the quality of enterprises and en-hance their market competitiveness.For enterprises,how to effectively implement senior management methods such as total quality management is particularly important.On site task management is more important.On-site task management refers to the use of scientific standards and methods to plan,organize,coordinate,control and test tasks reasonably and effectively performed in the work site,so as to make it in a good integrated state.Finally,we can achieve high-quality task completion and summarize experience for better tasks in the future.In the on-site task management,the on-site maintenance task is a very impor-tant aftercare work.However,there are still some deficiencies in the management of on-site maintenance tasks.The main manifestation is the lack of a sufficiently effective on-site management management model;the lack of effective mechanism for matching workers and maintenance tasks,which can not meet the "personalized" needs of workers;the general lack of appropriate maintenance process information management platform,which is very difficult to achieve high quality work.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis designs and develops a on-site maintenance task recommendation system based on hybrid matching algorithm,hoping to provide more personalized and intelligent management services for maintenance workers.It includes the following contents:Firstly,combined with the complete process and management system of maintenance per-sonnel,the management difficulties of on-site maintenance work are analyzed;on this basis,through the study of relevant documents of process management,using mature management cases for reference,and designing the closed-loop management mode of on-site maintenance work.The closed-loop model divides the on-site maintenance task cycle into five stages,which including planning stage,implementation stage,feedback stage,summary stage and evaluation stage.These five stages are progressive in turn.The whole work cycle is seam-lessly linked into a closed-loop cycle,which produces a gradual management effect.Secondly,the overall design structure of the closed-loop management and task recommenda-tion system for on-site task maintenance is described.Based on the closed-loop management idea,the on-site task assignment modules,on-site process module,on-site task feedback management module,on-site task evaluation module are constructed.Thirdly,the design idea of on-site task recommendation module is introduced.Through the analysis and extraction of the matching features and maintenance information of maintenance personnel,the weighted matching degree of work tasks is calculated based on the idea of statistical classification and text similarity algorithm,and then the current task competition degree is calculated according to each task.The next step is to calculate the coordination coefficient based on the maintenance task.Finally,by integrating the above results,the final recommendation degree of on-site task is calculated,and a hybrid matching recommendation calculation of on-site maintenance task is realized.Finally,based on JAVA language,using SSM server framework,Maven project management tools,bootstrapper framework,HTML5 and other front-end technologies,an on-site main-tenance task recommendation software for on-site maintenance task is developed. |
