Research On The "Quasi-Archives" Management Practices And Archives Function Expansion On Theview Of "Integral Archives"

The highest goal of archives is to preserve the history of the country,preserve social memory and inherit human civilization.Based on this goal,in order to avoid the memory blind area,all the things with social memory function and their carriers,the archive community has the responsibility to selectively save the existing conditions.At present,oral historical materials,website information resources and intangible cultural heritage materials "Physical Archives" and other materials or texts have not been included in the category of archives.This paper tries to use the concept of "quasi archives" to refer to these controversial literature carriers or physical objects,and initially discusses their concept,scope,value and management practice,and suggests that archives expand their functions to adapt to the future development trend of archives services and inherit social memory.The main contents of this paper are as followsThe first chapter is the analysis of the concept of big archives and quasi archives.Firstly,it expounds the view of big archives and the connotation of big archives.Then it introduces the concept,scope,relationship between quasi archives and archives and the value of quasi archives.According to the current situation,quasi archives mainly includes four categories:oral historical materials,network information resources and intangible culture Heritage and physical "archives".The second chapter describes the current situation of management practice of quasi archives in recent years,including oral historical materials,network information resources,intangible cultural heritage materials,and physical archives,and analyzes some problems existing in them.The third chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the expansion of the functions of the archives based on the concept of "big archives",and expounds the direction of the expansion of the functions of the Archives:changing the traditional concept,taking on the independent responsibility of the main body;reforming the collection mode,expanding the receiving scope of the archives;improving the system of the archives institutions,developing various types of the archives;turning to the real cultural cause Institutional development,and put forward a long-term mechanism for the expansion of the functions of archives,through improving the system of laws and regulations,strengthening cooperation with all sectors of society,and encouraging all levels of society to build social memory.
