| The 21st century is a century for robotics for Asia,China in particular.China became the biggest and fastest-growing country in the total industrial robot market for its changing manufacturing environment and improving quality-of-living standards,with foreseeable demand of robots not only in the manufacturing industry,but also other service and societal domain.This thesis was conducted for HANGZHOU DIANZI UNIVERSITY(HDU)of computer science and technology with the purpose of understanding the control system for a robotic.The main objective of this thesis was to understand a control system(machine control)for the robotic controlling by a programmable logic controller(PLC)which is a very common industrial control system device used to control output devices based on data received from input devices.we have 5 high programming languages but we will focus on 2 for our projects,The structured text(ST)that his block structured is syntactically resembles Pascal,and function block(FB)who is predefined programs(or functions)contained within a single program element that may be used in the ladder diagram.We will use the software TwinCAT who is a complete development environment.TwinCAT puts a simple approach to the powerful IEC language at the disposal of the PLC programmer,and also use of the editors and debugging functions is focused upon the experienced development program environments of advanced programming languages.This project methodically details robot technology and explain deeply the way robots are used and some of the anticipated social and economic impacts of their use.A number of short term transitional issues,including issues of potential displacement,are discussed.The paths in which robots might influence the economics of batch production are given.A framework for analyzing the impacts of robotics on economy wide economic growth and employment is displayed.Human resource policy issues are discussed.A chronology of robotics technology is also given.In the world of industry,automation is one of the most significant and essential elements for development.The main role is to diminish the need of people and add efficiency and productivity.The domain of automation invade huge areas,mostly in industrial manufacturing and in addition to this automation is applied to build a lot of good materials which are exploited everyday for example medical material(x-ray,devices radiography etc.),refrigerators,automobiles etc.between all of these outcomes,the Robotic Arm is one of them,which is largely used in the plant's world.Nowadays,technology is developing in the same way in line with quickly increasing human wants and needs.The work done to meet these needs makes life easier and great all the time and these studies are focused in robotic arm studies. |
