With the improvement of people's living standards,fresh aquatic products have become a common dish on the public dining table.However,due to its perishable characteristics,it is easy to have quality deterioration in the process of breeding,processing,transportation and sales,which threatens people's health and quality of life.In order to ensure the safety of aquatic products and make consumers feel at ease to purchase and eat,it is necessary to ensure that aquatic products are always controllable and manageable in the whole supply chain.Since then,the concept of aquatic products logistics traceability system has been put forward.The aquatic products logistics traceability system can cover the whole process of aquatic products from production source to consumption cycle.By distinguishing the key nodes of aquatic products in the actual logistics sales process,the corresponding data information of aquatic products production and storage is collected and recorded in the corresponding nodes,so that the whole process can be seen and controlled.However,in the current domestic aquatic product supply field,the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises are restricted by the cost,system,human resources and other aspects,and have not established a perfect and reliable aquatic product logistics traceability supervision system,so the quality assurance of fresh aquatic products has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on it,aiming at the actual demand of traceability and supervision in the current aquatic products logistics process,this paper analyzes and designs the system with software engineering thinking,and realizes the system by integrating RFID technology and J2 EE technology.The main work includes: firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the typical traceability system are analyzed,and a reasonable logistics traceability process model suitable for aquatic product management enterprises is proposed.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of aquatic products supervision,the requirements of the system are extracted,and combined with the current popular RFID technology to determine the technical scheme of the system.On this basis,the general design and detailed design of the system are completed.Finally,the prototype system is tested by using the software testing theory.Deploy the aquatic product logistics traceability system that has passed the system test to the cloud server,and carry out the actual application test in Shandong Lanhe aquatic products Co.,Ltd.,Zibo Haohuo aquatic products Co.,Ltd.,Shandonghailanqi aquatic products Co.,Ltd.and other enterprises through the form of investigation and interview,search the performance performance of the system in operation and use,and respond to the actual situation through the form of questionnaire survey The results show that the system has a certain level of promotion and application.Compared with the current domestic research on aquatic product logistics traceability system,the new aquatic product supply mode of "breeding base(breeder)+ cooperative enterprise(Supplier)+ aquatic product logistics company" proposed in this paper can improve the reliability of traceability ability construction to a certain extent,and the method of constructing aquatic product logistics traceability system by means of information technology is coming To solve the problem that it is difficult to build a logistics traceability system in the field of domestic aquatic product marketing logistics,to solve the worries of small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of traditional aquatic product marketing from the aspects of economy and applicability,to promote the relevant fields to improve the quality assurance in the process of aquatic product supply through the logistics traceability system,and to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.The research in this paper can help enterprises to achieve more effective production and operation to a certain extent,and also provide meaningful exploration for improving and improving the operation efficiency of China's food supervision and management system.
