Design And Implementation Of Video Surveillancece System Based On High Precision Synchronous Frame Sharing Technology

In recent years,video surveillance technology has been widely used in the security field of all walks of life,playing a key role in the stability and prosperity of the whole society.Although the current video surveillance system can meet the normal monitoring requirements,it still has some key technical problems,such as the design defects of integration architecture,low synchronization accuracy and limited sharing scope.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs and implements a video monitoring system based on high-precision synchronous frame sharing technology.The main contents completed are as follows:(1)The hardware architecture and terminal software of the video surveillance system are designed.The hardware architecture of video acquisition mainly focuses on video image acquisition,video compression and video image distribution,while the terminal software design is composed of video image data receiving and storage design,video decoding algorithm implementation and video display design;(2)The video data synchronization method based on differential GPS technology is completed.This method utilizes GPS double-frequency carrier phase pseudo-distance difference to filter errors,and realizes the synchronization of video frame and navigation information through high-precision synchronization algorithm.The positioning accuracy is within 50cm,which is much higher than that of similar products;(3)The transmission and synchronization design of video information in the Zigbee network is completed.Second encoding technology is used to subcontract the transmission of video frames,and optimized network transmission mechanism is used to make the transmission scope of video information more extensive.It also increases the flexibility of law enforcement officials in monitoring video information.frame synchronization and expanding the sharing range of synchronous frames not only improves the law enforcement monitoring ability of security management department,but also gradually promotes the informatization process of social security work.In the case of limited resources to help security personnel to accurately monitor and judge the status of unstable factors information,and take timely and effective preventive measures.Meanwhile,real-time monitoring of possible unsafe factors plays a key role in maintaining social stability.
