| Linear Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(LFMCW)radar has the advantages of simple structure,no distance blind zone and high ranging accuracy.It is widely used in battlefield reconnaissance and automobile collision avoidance scenarios.The radar echo simulation technology can not only improve the radar debugging efficiency and shorten the development cycle,but also control the development cost and reduce the development risk,which is of great significance to the development and testing of radar systems.This thesis mainly studies the key technology of LFMCW radar echo simulation,focusing on the research of echo signal simulation in triangle wave and sawtooth wave,and builds a simulation system based on Simulink and GUI to verify the proposed system structure.Mainly carried out the following work:1.Summarized the basic principle of LFMCW radar echo simulation,analyzed the form of LFMCW radar signal,and established the corresponding RF analog echo signal model and video analog echo signal model,studied the influence factors of LFMCW radar echo simulation,including the distance resolution,speed resolution,maximum speed range,and maximum distance range.2.Proposed the simulation method of LFMCW radar echo in triangle wave mode and sawtooth wave mode,and carried out the simulation analysis of radio frequency simulation echo architecture and video simulation echo architecture,including radar single target,radar multiple targets,radar stationary target and radar moving target.3.Introduced the key algorithms for processing the video echo signal flow in this system,including down sampling,MTI,multi-target matching and 2D-FFT algorithm,compared and analyzed the multi-target matching algorithm and 2D-FFT algorithm.4.The principle structure and related parameters of the LFMCW radar echo simulation verification system are researched and designed,and implemented based on Simulink and GUI.The results verify the correctness of the proposed simulation method. |
