With the development and popularization of the Internet industry,more and more traditional industries have shifted from the original paper management model to the information management model.Similarly,the education industry is gradually using the Internet to achieve information management.For example,traditional registration methods waste a lot of time on registration information and statistical information.In addition,there are a large number of student information in vocational colleges,and the number of people in various majors and ages is uneven.There are many problems in the management of complex and diverse information,such as the information cannot be updated in real time,and the student information cannot be shared between departments,etc.The development of the Internet has makes new publicity methods to vocational colleges,and more junior high school students have more detailed understanding of vocational colleges through the Internet,while relying on the Internet can optimize the registration process and student management process,saving More workload to improve management efficiency.Based on the differences application scenarios between the student registration and student management,this project designed a We Chat applet for student registration,and designed a student management system which is browser-based for teachers to manage the registration information of students.We Chat applet side development adopts MINA application framework provided by We Chat team,which encapsulates a complete set of apis such as file system,network communication,task management and data security provided by We Chat client,enabling developers to quickly build an application using various basic functions and capabilities provided by We Chat client.The student management system adopts B/S architecture,and j Query framework can be used to quickly develop the front page.The backstage data system used My SQL database management system,the powerful dynamic statement function of My Batic makes the development work simplified.To Students and visitors can quickly access and browse information through the We Chat client,and use this program to complete the registration work;ordinary teachers and administrator teachers can use only a computer browser to enter the system for student management.After the system is actually put into use,it can realize the information management of vocational colleges,effectively save the time and energy for students and parents to queue up for registration,and at the same time,it can help schools improve the efficiency of management work and facilitate the comprehensive management of students by vocational colleges.,And then bring good economic benefits to the school.
