| In recent years,with the sustained high-speed development of economy,enterprises have obtained unprecedented development opportunities,but the competition within and across industries is becoming more and more fierce.How to stimulate the endogenous power of enterprises and achieve efficient and standardized management of human resources management has been studied extensively in the industry.In this context,with the opportunity of ZXB company to implement human resources management information system,this thesis studied the information construction of human resource management of the company by using the method of investigation and analysis.Firstly,this thesis analyzed the current situation of human resources management informatization at home and abroad,and summarized the relevant theories of human resources information system construction.Secondly,this thesis summarized the existing problems in human resource management informatization in ZXB company through investigation and analysis,and analyzed the inside environment and needs analysis of the company's human resources management informatization.Then,based on the needs analysis of ZXB company's human resources management informatization,this thesis presented the planning and design plan of the company's human resources management information system,including the overall system Architectural design and key module design.Then,this thesis proposed the implementation guarantee scheme of ZXB company's human resource management information system,including system on-line,system testing,system acceptance,and operation guarantee.Finally,this thesis summarized the main work in Conclusion.Based on the research on the construction of human resource management information system in ZXB company,it is found that human resource management information system has important application value in standardizing enterprise human resource management,improving the information level of human resource management,and improving the efficiency of human resource management and so on.This thesis also provides an important reference for similar enterprises to carry out the informatization construction of human resource management in the future,and also has important application value and guiding significance for the overall upgrade of informatization of service-oriented enterprises. |
