| With the improvement of people's living standards,material needs have been greatly satisfied,but fire safety is essential in lives,so precautions system and capability of dealing with emergency becomes crucially important.Considering about the current status of fire emergency information system in China,it is neither effective nor efficient when communicating,locating and selecting optimal fire station.Therefore,a highly intellectual system will be required to simplify the communication and the process of data more accurately which could help firefighters prepare themselves with staff and equipment in time.This system is designed and developed as per real world accident scenarios.More specifically,the system is divided into four functional modules based on the requirements of alarming and emergency handling.Those four modules are alarm,emergency handling,fire crew dispatching and statistics module.In order to achieve high efficiency and usability,the system is developed in Android and the server is developed by Java language.In order to solve the problems such as low definition of map display,inaccurate locating of personnel and poor selection of fire squadron,both the server and end-user application are relying on the map display and positioning technology of Gaode Open Platform of Gaode Map.Firstly,the technology used in the system is summarized,and then the design and implementation of the system are elaborated according to the requirement analysis and architecture of the system.To summarize,the system realizes the functions of Android mobile phone alarm,server uninterrupted automatic responding,fire squadron dispatching and command center real-time monitoring and analyzing.The system and application has the functions of automatically extracting the mobile phone number,accurately locating,inputting disaster information and receiving rescue information from the server.The server acquires the alarm information and calls the Gaode open platform interface,realizes the function of selecting the best fire squadron,dispatching the alarm automatically.The client of squadron police dispatch facilitates the function of receiving alarm information from server,and can display disaster location.The client of command center facilitates the function of displaying the map of the middle team and disaster situation in the jurisdiction area,and can collecting the disaster information.The application has fully functioned the automation of alarming and dealing withfire brigade,reducing unnecessary personnel communication and manual duty,which effectively improves the efficiency of alarming and dealing with emergency.More importantly,it has accomplished the combination of intelligence and real-time data. |
