With the development of Internet technology,information technology is widely used in management to promote the development of management continually.Management informatization has become an important symbol of management level.At present,colleges and universities have made a lot of achievements in informatization construction and have adopted a lot of information technology in teaching,scientific research,student management and other aspects to improve the management level and efficiency.However,due to the mobility and diversity of external staff,the management of external staff in Chengdu vocational & technical college of industry is still in the manual management stage.In the view of this situation,it is urgent to design and develop an external staff management system to manage the external staff of Chengdu vocational & technical college of industry.The external staff management system is designed and developed based on the characteristics of the current mainstream personnel management system and the personnel management business of Chenggong Vocational College and the optimization and adjustment of the external personnel management business process.The system includes six modules,including system management module,recruitment management module,personnel flow management module,contract management module,salary management module and social insurance management module.Adopting structural analysis and design method,the system is completely analyzed,designed and implemented.Firstly,the feasibility of developing the personnel management system of external staff is analyzed from the perspectives of economy,law and technology.Then,according to the current situation of external staff management in Chengdu vocational& technical college of industry and the experience of the mainstream personnel management system,the process of external staff management is sorted out and the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are obtained.Based on demand analysis specification,the system architecture and server network topology are designed.And then,the system function and database are designed in detail.By using Java EE technology,the system is implemented by integrating Spring,SpringMVC and Mybatis Framework.Finally,the system is tested,and the test results show that the system basically meets the requirements of Chengdu vocational &technical college of industry.To some extent,this management system can improve the external personnel management level of Chengdu vocational & technical college of industry,improve the efficiency of personnel management,and play a positive role in improving the information management level of Chengdu vocational & technical college of industry.
