| Magnetron is a very important microwave source in electronic vacuum devices.It has the characteristics of small size,high efficiency and low working voltage.It is widely used in military equipment,medical equipment,industrial and agricultural facilities,microwave ovens and other fields.In recent decades,the demand for continuous wave magnetrons in microwave ovens has been increasing.At present,the annual production volume of magnetrons for microwave ovens has reached more than 60 million pieces,with broad market prospects and huge economic benefits.Therefore,the current research on magnetrons for microwave ovens is very necessary,and a large number of researches on high power tubes,high efficiency tubes,and low voltage tubes for microwave ovens have appeared.Judging from the development trend of microwave ovens,magnetrons for microwave ovens will develop toward miniaturization,and rectangularizing the magnetron core is an attempt to achieve miniaturization.The design content of this article is a preliminary study on the rectangularization of continuous wave magnetron for microwave oven.The normal working voltage of the magnetron for microwave oven is 4.2kV,the working frequency is 2.458 GHz,the cylindrical anode tube is used in the resonant cavity structure,and the number of cavities is 10;the working voltage of the rectangular continuous wave magnetron designed in this paper is 4.4 kV,the magnetic field is 0.17 T,the operating frequency is 2.479 GHz,but the anode tube in the cavity structure uses a rectangular tube with a square cross section instead of the cylindrical tube,and the anode blades are arranged as symmetrically as possible on the vertical and diagonal sides of the rectangular tube At the position of the line,the number of cavities is 8,in order to achieve miniaturization and rectangularization of the magnetron for microwave ovens.Using electromagnetic simulation software CST to simulate the cold cavity and the hot cavity,the preliminary research results are obtained: the output power is about 1058 watts,the total efficiency of the magnetron is about 54.2%,the loop efficiency is about 90%,and the electronic efficiency is about 60.2%.The main work of this article is as follows:1.Introduce the development process and current status of the microwave oven magnetron,and introduce the structure and working principle of the magnetron.2.Combined with the existing microwave oven magnetron,the resonant cavity of the rectangular continuous wave magnetron was analyzed and designed,and the cold cavity of the 8-cavity resonant system was modeled and simulated using CST software to make its mode frequency stable at about 2.56 GHz,and obtained.The electric field distribution of the cold cavity,the mode spectrum of the entire tube,the magnetic field voltage working curve and other results.3.The thermal cavity modeling and particle simulation of the rectangular continuous wave magnetron were obtained,and the simulation results of various indicators were obtained.The influence of some parameters such as working voltage,magnetic field,cathode current and the like on the performance of the magnetron was simulated through the control variable method.4.Summarize and prospect the design of rectangular continuous wave magnetron. |
