The business process of personnel management can be optimized through personnel management system in public institutions.What's more,it is also helpful to control each link in the process of personnel management with a timely,accurate and efficient way,which can help us realize the real-time and accurate update of personnel data and ensure the standardization and process of personnel business.This research comes from the practical application requirements of personnel management projects of human resources and social security bureau institutions in certain district and city.The project objectives are to realize the unified management of all institutions,staff,posts and wages in the Bureau and the automatic flow of business processes.From the analysis of actual demand and business,we can see that the numerous complex personnel management system business and its complicated business process showed by the sub-processes nested in main processes and the approval processes nested in the sub-processes,as well as the dynamic changes of the number of process nodes in the approval process,whose direction can not be expected.At present,most of personnel management systems do a good job in information management,but they can not completely meet the daily needs of the personnel management of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in the aspect of business process processing.In order to satisfy the needs of application,this paper designs and implements a personnel management system which supports the circulation of approval process.Main Work and Achievements are as follows:By analyzing the business requirement of personnel management system and in order to realize the automation of business process,workflow technology is used to solve the problems in business process flow which need both human-computer interaction and automatic flow.On account of the complexity of business processes and uncertainty of approval processes,this study applies the combination of main process and sub-process and the method of circulating the process nodes,which is effective in solving the problems in process nesting and t he various difficulties in different approvers in business process or from different departments.In addition,it makes a modeling analysis of the business process of personnel management system.The personnel management system of public institutions is designed and implemented,which divides the personnel management system architecture into three layers,they are user interaction layer,business logic layer and data accessing layer.With the help of the layered design,the implementation of business processes is put in the business logic layer.When there are any business processes changes or new business modules need to be added,it can support dynamic replacement or add services,which can better satisfy the needs of business changes.At present,this system has been applied to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in certain district and city,and its trial operation is in sound condition.
