| With the increasing of housing reform system and accelerating growth of affordable housing projects,China has built the largest housing security system in the world.Because of the huge scale of funds and security objects involved in housing security management,and the scattered distribution of various security projects,it is necessary to visit the field to understand the progress of various projects,and the information can not be visually presented.It is necessary to spend a lot of manpower and material resources to collect information,manage housing,and the office efficiency can not be effectively improved.This paper proposes that the application of mobile augmented reality technology in affordable housing management will change the traditional way of media interaction.In this paper,3D Max is used to model indemnificatory housing project,and it is imported into unity 3D virtual scene.Vuforia is used to track and identify the feature points of the identifier and engine detection to match the different locations and feature points of the identifier with the equipment database.Finally,the corresponding 3D model and various information displays are depicted on the mobile terminal display screen.In addition,this paper also describes the system architecture design,system function design,system algorithm design,database design and system development design of the affordable housing management system based on augmented reality technology.To sum up,the affordable housing management system based on augmented reality technology is a new attempt to change the traditional way of media interaction.It has changed the traditional supportive housing management system,and can effectively improve the efficiency of operations.At the same time,it can clearly and intuitively see the effects of various projects,various economic and technological indicators and other information,which has high practical value. |
