| At present,according to the condition of radar equipment,the radar repair vehicles and radar comprehensive repair vehicles are the current radar support equipment.It mainly consists of various kinds of general electronic instruments,These instruments need to carry out regular reference traceability to ensure the accurate and credible implementation of measurement specifications,In the process of the patrol inspection in the lower forces,the equipment used to be large in size,with high precision and value,which is not suitable for long-distance transportation,The complex data management and manual repeated operation seriously affect the inspection rate of the equipment.In response to these problems,the task of developing portable,stable and safe devices was given.Mobility measurement task goal,the author of this paper,the technical indicators,comprehensive using intelligent instrument technology,PXI bus technology,portable calibration device of the overall scheme is determined,based on the overall scheme of the device respectively,structure of hardware and software of the and "five" has carried on the detailed design of the radio frequency signal source,spectrum analyzer,frequency meter,network analyzer and power meter and so on five parameters uncertainty of detailed analysis,able to complete five kinds of multiple models of automatic measuring instrument.According to the changing needs of field work,secondary software development can be carried out for the device,and automatic traceability software is designed to ensure that the device is qualified and stable before and after the inspection.The results of trial and field use show that the mobile metering support device can meet the requirements of the technical indicators,and can complete the metering work of common,system or special equipment. |
