Design Of Video Amplifier Based On Hybrid Integrated Circuit Technology

Video amplifier is the key device in the airborne head up system,which can adjust the contrast,gain and brightness of video signal.At present,China's video amplifiers mainly rely on imports.Due to the trade friction between China and the United States,the supply of core components in the field of aviation airborne is limited,so the localization of video amplifiers is imminent.In this context,a research and development team was established in Anhui east China institute of technology,and completed a video amplifier with high gain,large dynamic range,high reliability and high environmental adaptability.Firstly,the hybrid IC technology and video amplifier at home and abroad are investigated.The circuit diagram of the video amplifier is designed,and the circuit is simulated to verify its function.The advantages and disadvantages of low-temperature CO firing thick film technology are analyzed,and the low-temperature CO firing thick film technology is used to make video amplifier substrate circuit.Secondly,the function of video amplifier is analyzed and the circuit diagram of each part is sorted out by referring to the overseas chip.The circuit of video amplifier chip is designed and simulated.The function of the chip is compared and verified.In cooperation with domestic scientific research institutions,the chip flow is completed.Then,the process parameters of video amplifier are designed.The bonding process of gold wire in the manufacturing process was analyzed.The design technology of reliability and stability of video amplifier is studied,the production process specification is formed,and the actual production of video amplifier is finished finally.Finally,the video amplifier is tested and verified.In different environments,static and dynamic output parameters of the video amplifier are tested,and the test results are analyzed and summarized,forming the technical indicators of the video amplifier.At present,the video amplifier has been mass produced and used in the aircraft display and control system.
