In recent years,video surveillance systems have been constantly evolving,the video data changes from analog to digital,the image resolution upgrades from standard definition to high definition and the system scale increases from dozens of channels to millions of channels.Video surveillance applications continue to expand,and the market scale is extremely considerable.However,the rapid increase in data volume and the gradual deepening of applications have brought huge challenges to the storage capacity and processing efficiency of equipments and systems.In the meantime,the amount of private information collected by surveillance videos has also increased.Therefore,how to manage the massive video data effectively and how to share it safely in an insecure environment have become two urgent problems.This thesis is based on the "Key Technology Research on Public Security Surveillance Video Security Sharing and Feature Analysis" project of Chengdu 30 Kai Tian Corporation which is a subsidiary company of the 30 th Research Institute in China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.This thesis studies the level key management technology from the access control of the user group to the video data group,as well as the secure sharing of the ciphertext video data in vertical multi-level and crossdomain situations.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.In order to solve the problems that the traditional indifferent encryption scheme can't encrypt the video data with fine granularity and the inefficient management,an independent hierarchical key management scheme is proposed.The scheme builds a partial order relationship between hierarchical access and management rights among all the user groups and video data,which forms the access structure between these user groups and video data,and then derives the user level key and the video data level key.The main features of this scheme are as follows.First,the user-level key is derived from SM3,which is an irreversible state secret Hash algorithm.Secondly,the video data level key is derived from the symmetric algorithm SM4 and the asymmetric algorithm SM2.The key is generated by combining the properties of the video itself and the corresponding user level.Finally,according to the video data level,the corresponding data level key is used for hierarchical encryption.As long as the user group changes dynamically,the corresponding user group key and video data key should also be updated in time.2.In the above autonomous hierarchical key management scheme,only authorized users can directly access the corresponding ciphertext video data,and other users need to apply for access to authorized users.The managed ciphertext video data can be shared with the consent of authorized users,but the current sharing scheme cannot guarantee reliable transmission in an unsafe environment.To solve these problems,this thesis presents the security sharing scheme for vertical multi-level and cross-domain scenarios,in which data users must be authorized to access video data through identity authentication and authorization management.First,the vertical multilevel is in the same security zone,which can share ciphertext data safely by using the intranet.Second,when sharing across domains in an insecure Internet environment,the decryption key is hidden by white-box encryption,which enables secure and fast cross-domain sharing of ciphertext data and decryption keys on the Internet.Finally,the above security scheme has been tested.The test results show that the security of the scheme during transmission and sharing is guaranteed.
