| With the rapid development of industrial Internet,the IPv4 protocol has been unable to meet the demand for addresses for the access of massive devices in industrial sites.IPv6(Internet Protocol Version 6),as the next generation IP Protocol,provides the necessary technical support and extensive address resources for the seamless connection between IP network and industrial network.At present,the research on IPv6 application in factory network at home and abroad is still in the initial stage,the seamless access and protocol adaptation between industrial wireless networks such as WIA-PA and Wireless HART and IPv6 are still to be solved,and the data scheduling after the factory network flattening is also an urgent problem to be solved.This paper first proposes a method for industrial wireless network access to IPv6 network.At the same time,In order to satisfy the real-time and reliable transmission of industrial data,a scheduling mechanism for industrial wireless access is proposed to optimize the network performance.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.It's analyzed that the application scenarios and architecture of IPv6 network access for industrial wireless network which is without IP address.Besides,it's proposed that accessing methods for industrial wireless network through external protocol conversion module and internal protocol module,aiming at the two scenarios where IPv6 interface is provided and IPv6 interface is not provided in the gateway.2.For industrial wireless Internet access IPv6 network,it is difficult to guarantee the real-time and reliability of the business data flow in the industrial field.In this paper,the method based on the priority queue management mechanism of data stream scheduling is improved.The arbitration of squad packet and the scheduling mechanism is designed so as to optimize the industrial network in IPv6 packet loss rate and average transmission delay.At the same time,a bandwidth allocation mechanism of data cross-network transmission(CNTS)based on industrial SDN was proposed to improve the link utilization of the network.3.It is established that the WIA-PA and Wireless HART access IPv6 network verification platform to verify the access method proposed in this paper.The results show that the wireless sensor network and IPv6 network are connected seamlessly.In addition,the virtual SDN network is created by the simulation software Mininet to verify the scheduling mechanism proposed in this paper.Some performance indexes such as link utilization,average delay and packet loss rate were tested and compared with the rotation scheduling algorithm and ECMP algorithm.By comparison,it is found that this scheme is more optimized,so that the link utilization rate reaches 90%,the average transmission delay is less than 50 ms,and the network packet loss rate is less than 1%. |
