| With the rapid development of industrial Internet,industrial network technology has played an increasingly important role in industrial systems.Among them,as an important part of the industrial network,industrial Ethernet has been widely used in the industrial field environment.Mainstream industrial Ethernet standards include Profinet,Modbus,Ether CAT,etc.However,it is difficult to manage different industrial Ethernet networks because of different protocol has different formats.It is a huge challenge to perform joint network management on heterogeneous industrial Ethernet networks.In recent years,with the emergence of the SDN(Software Defined Network)concept,it has brought a new direction to network architecture management.SDN defines the separation of data layer and control layer and realizes the network function of centralized control.SDN solves the problem successfully that the basic network is difficult to centrally manage,and provides a new technical direction for solving the heterogeneous network networking management.However,at present,SDN technology is mainly used in the Internet scenario.It's a problem to apply SDN to industrial Ethernet and complete the networking of heterogeneous industrial Ethernet on the basis of maintaining the characteristics of industrial Ethernet.Therefore,to solve the above-mentioned problems,this paper takes mainstream industrial Ethernet Profinet and Modbus as research objects,and proposes a SDN-based industrial Ethernet heterogeneous network networking method.In this dissertation,as follows:1.SDN technology,Profinet and Modbus industrial Ethernet technology are analyzed respectively,and put forward the networking requirements of heterogeneous industrial Ethernet,and summarizes and analyses the key issues of SDN technology applied to Profinet and Modbus industrial Ethernet.2.Aiming at the heterogeneous networking requirements between mainstream industrial Ethernet Profinet and Modbus,a SDN-based heterogeneous industrial Ethernet networking mechanism is proposed.Using SDN technology,it is easy to centrally manage the characteristics of the underlying network resources.The joint access network of Modbus industrial Ethernet and SDN networks includes the establishment of cross-network relationships,and simultaneously guarantees the bandwidth guarantee of different priority data to meet the efficient and stable networking.3.The SDN-based Profinet/Modbus heterogeneous network networking method based on the Ryu SDN controller is designed,the networking software for Profinet and Modbus industrial Ethernet is developed,including the basic network access modules,cross-network relationship establishment modules,and bandwidth guarantee modules to complete unified network management.4.The test system is built to analyze the function and performance of the SDN-based Profinet/Modbus heterogeneous network networking mechanism,and analyses and summarizes the experimental test results.Finally,the SDN-based Profinet/Modbus heterogeneous network networking mechanism designed and implemented in this paper can effectively implements theabove-designed functions,including the joint access of Profinet and Modbus network devices,communication across networks,and It guarantees the bandwidth and improves the efficiency and stability of the networking while completing the heterogeneous industrial Ethernet networking.The SDN-based Profinet/Modbus heterogeneous networking method proposed in this dissertation has certain reference value for the development and application of industrial Ethernet heterogeneous networking andmanagement technology. |
