Construction Of Business Model Of Desktop Cloud Based On Cloud Computing

With the development of office informatization in China,various office platforms and business systems appeared,and the network environment becomes more and more complicated.Traditional desktop office terminals have various security risks,especially virus infections and network attacks,which make it difficult to guarantee information security.Therefore,the use of next-generation information technology such as cloud computing and virtualization to build a desktop cloud platform has gradually replaced the traditional desktop office and won market shares.At present,research on the technical architecture and enterprise applications of desktop cloud services is relatively concentrated,and there is little research on its business model.Therefore,constructing a desktop cloud business model based on cloud computing is worthy of study.The thesis takes the business model of the desktop cloud as the research object,and gives the definition and components of the business model.Using Porter's five forces model to analyze the environment of company A's industry.It analyzes the demands of organization users for desktop cloud driven by external markets.Based on the principles of user demand-oriented,value creation in the industrial chain,and differentiated innovation,the company A's integrated desktop cloud product and product technical route were designed.Based on the nine elements of the business model,a business model of desktop cloud services was constructed.And carried out a comparative analysis of the current desktop cloud market,and put forward the recommendations of company A's desktop cloud business model.It is hoped that it can provide a certain reference for company A and the target companies in the industry,reduce the risk of new ventures,and contribute to the innovation and sustainable development of the desktop cloud industry.
