Design And Realization Of Non-truck Operating Common Carrier Platform Based On The Internet Plus

NTOCC(Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier)is a novel logistics operation mode that integrates cargo resources,transport capacity resources,information resources,and so forth.With an open platform of the Internet,NTOCC achieves efficient operation,standardized services,and mutual benefits.It is of great significance to integrate scattered social transport capacities,realize efficient information transmission,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry.This thesis summarizes the following traits of the NTOCC platform:transparent freight rate,standardized services,deep integration of online and offline,online transaction payment,and highly expansible businesses.Based on the business development process of the NTOCC platform,this thesis conducts a demand analysis to divide the platform into cargo owner terminal module,carrier terminal module,and background management system module,alongside a brief explanation of different functional modules.Designs are made for cargo owner terminal module,carrier terminal module,and background management system module.Besides,the flow charts of different functional modules are drawn with necessary captions.Databases corresponding to different functions are created,and the E-R diagram is used to indicate the relationship between different instances,and specific database table designs are given to complete database designs.Java and My SQL are respectively adopted as programming language and database management software to establish the NTOCC platform that fulfills the functions designed by the platform.The system test is done for the completed platform,including function test,performance test,and compatibility test,these test results show that the NTOCC platform meets the expected goal.The NTOCC platform is with good stability and safety to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
