In the information age,the update and iteration speed of electronic products is fast.With the popularity of smart phones,users have more diversified functional requirements for mobile phones,which puts forward higher requirements for the research,development and manufacturing of mobile phones.K company is a world-renowned manufacturer of electronic products.As a product agent manufacturer,K company is in the middle of the industrial chain of communication products.which is squeezed by the rising raw material cost from upstream suppliers and the severe price pressure from downstream customers.Its mobile phone rear shell production line has problems such as rising production cost,poor product qualification rate,and unscheduled delivery,etc.Improving production efficiency,meeting customers' demand on time and quantity,and improving the company's profit are the most important priorities for enterprise development at the present stage.Based on the value stream mapping,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the mobile phone rear shell production line of K company,optimizes through lean production and industrial engineering methods,and evaluates the optimization effect by using simulation technology.Firstly,the real cause of the problem was excavated by fish-bone diagram analysis method,and the improvement points and methods were determined.Then,find out the waste phenomenon in the production process through the program analysis,and optimize the process with the help of 5W1 H questioning technology and ECRS improvement principle,use the time research and operation measurement method to establish the standard time of each process.Then,SLP method was used to weight the logistics and non-logistics relationships of each operation unit,redesign the layout of the production workshop according to the comprehensive relationship diagram,plan the logistics route,and improve the production environment through 5S on-site management.Finally,Flexsim simulation software was used to simulate the production scheme before and after optimization,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed to evaluate the optimization effect.Through the implementation of the lean production,the production line of the rear shell of the mobile phone of K company has successfully broken the limitation of the bottleneck process,reduced useless process,shortened the total production cycle,greatly improved the balance rate,production capacity and output of the production line,and further improved customer satisfaction.The logistics in the workshop was shortened,which reduced the handling cost and effectively avoided the mixed flow of products and ingredients during the batching process.While improving productivity,it has established a clean and tidy production environment,improved the production management system and formed a good humanistic atmosphere.The research on the rear shell production line of mobile phone in this paper provides a model and reference for the subsequent expansion of the improvement scale and the implementation of lean production improvement by other enterprises.
