| Since its establishment,K Company has been engaged in the research of core technologies such as speech recognition,speech synthesis,natural language understanding,machine learning reasoning and autonomous learning for a long time,and has maintained the international frontier level.It has given great performance in various international competitions.Based on the core technology with independent intellectual property rights,K Company actively promotes the application of artificial intelligence products in various industries.In the education industry,their software and hardware systems such as smart classroom,intelligent learning network,learning machine and Chinese global learning platform,which makes it possible to learn individually and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Small YS's third-party partners hope to develop an online education APP,so that learners can gradually improve their skills in the corresponding fields by completing a series of oral and writing tasks,and effectively master comprehensive language knowledge.In summary,K Company's leading core technologies in speech recognition,speech synthesis and evaluation provide targeted feedback and evaluation for the practice results.Taking K Company as the object,this paper reveals the existing mechanism and problems in project organization,process and human resource management of online education APP project customization development by means of consulting data,questionnaire survey and concrete analysis.On the basis of summarizing the experience of general software project management,fully absorbing the agile development idea,this paper puts forward the general idea of designing the management scheme of small YS online education APP R&D project.Under the guidance of this idea,the demand,plan and related configuration management of the project are integrated,including the requirements of follow-up risk management,and the project organization structure scheme is customized.The process management scheme of the project R&D is formed from the aspects of project start-up,project planning,projectexecution and project closing,and the human resource management scheme of the project R&D is formed from the aspects of team building,organizational division of labor,communication training and assessment incentives.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the management scheme of the small YS online education APP R&D project,this paper analyzes and explains the organization,process and human resources of the management scheme of the R&D project,and then puts forward some suggestions for the management scheme of this kind of online education APP R&D project. |
